Refund Policy

At Grade1Research, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products.

All products sold on this website are research-grade materials intended for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, all sales are considered final once shipped, except under the conditions outlined below.

Quality Assurance & Refunds

If you believe a product does not meet the specifications listed on our website, a refund may be requested only if independent laboratory testing verifies that the product does not match the stated purity or composition.

  • A full refund will be issued if verified test results conclusively demonstrate the product does not meet published specifications.

  • Test results must be conducted by a certified third-party laboratory.

  • Documentation must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Improper handling, storage, or use

  • Opened or partially used products

  • User error or misuse

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers after dispatch

  • Orders seized, delayed, or restricted due to customs or shipping regulations

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Chargebacks & Disputes
